Megan serves as the Managing Broker for AREM and as an HOA Manager. She works closely with HOA members to address association needs, develops and oversees annual budgets, and provides leadership across all areas of the company’s operations to ensure smooth, effective management.

Marc Galeazzi

Rental Manager

Marc Galeazzi

Marc is the Property Rental Manager at AREM and oversees all owner and tenant needs. Marc is responsible for scheduling maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors, collecting applicable fees, and assisting owners and tenants with rentalrelated questions. Marc also provides guidance on compliance matters, helping ensure properties are managed in accordance with lease terms, State requirements, and applicable regulations.

Snowie Winters

Snowie is the primary point of contact for Homeowners Association matters. She manages ownership transfers, provides governing documents upon request, and coordinates contractors for repairs and maintenance. Snowie specializes in HOA compliance and enforcement of all rules and regulations. She also oversees all financial aspects for the HOAs represented by AREM, including setting up new bank accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), budget preparation, and coordination of tax preparation.

Mariah is the Swiss Army knife of the team. She works closely with HOA members to address questions, coordinate contractors, and support overall association needs. Mariah also plays a key role on the property management side, working with both tenants and owners to ensure clear communication and that all parties’ needs are effectively met.

Having been a bookkeeper for a local appliance company for many years, Kathy brings years of experience to the AREM bookkeeping team. Kathy is proficient in Appfolio and handling all the HOA payments and payables.

Peter, a retired CPA, brings years of accounting and bookkeeping knowledge to the AREM team. Peter works with all communities to pay invoices and ensure funds are allocated for.

Garrett is the friendly voice you hear answering phones at AREM. Garrett can assist with portal questions, scheduling appointments, assists with general HOA questions and concerns. Garrett works hard to assist our members and remedy any issues that arise.
