Sandra founded the company in 1994 and successfully grew the business from the ground up. With her 30+ years' experience in the industry, she still works closely with the team.

Calling Durango home since 2002, Marc and his wife Megan purchased AREM in 2023 and he manages the Property Management side of the business.

Snowie is the lead HOA Manager for AREM and handles the day to day operations of the division.

Bert is the lead Property Manager for AREM and handles the day to day operations of our rental properties.

Admin & HOA Assistant

Jessica Brinley

Jessica assists in the transfers of ownership within the HOAs and welcomes new members to the community. She also assists with governing document enforcement and contracting maintenance and repairs.

Bookkeeper (Accounts Receivable)

Kathy is the lead Bookkeeper for AREM and handles all Accounts Receivable.

Pete Guerra

Former CPA, Controller, and Business owner, Pete has over 45 years of experience in the industry. He joined our team in 2023 because he was getting tired of sitting at home and playing golf! Pete handles all Accounts Payable.
