Legal & Compliance

We enforce rules and regulations for the operation of the premises to prevent damage to your property. All of our documents are legally binding and have been reviewed by external legal counsel.

Contractor Services

Our team takes care of the cleaning after a tenant moves out. We also provide landscaping and trash removal services, and if any repairs or replacements are needed AREM will contact the best contractor for your property.
